What it means in the field.

Select counted rounds and mark Miss / no vermin. They remain in ammunition totals without a missing-animal-link warning, and can be returned to link review.

Client maps include GPS breadcrumb segments from the selected sessions. Reports combine short sections and group records to reduce unused space without dropping evidence.

Native session imports retain the local clock offset. Effort and Conditions uses the recorded end timestamp in the session timezone.

Rabbit is a standard vermin choice. The blue-pin position-adjustment map is wider and taller on tablets and phones.

September ABARES grain prices are available with source dates. New guide prices can apply automatically while preserving farm overrides and historic reports. Unverified price categories retain their original dates.

During an active session, choose POI, Hole in fence, Sighting or Fox den, capture the current GPS position and add an optional label and notes.

Marks save on this device before backup and remain available offline. They appear in the property sightings / POIs layer without increasing recorded vermin totals.

Choose a shared property in Layers, toggle bait and sightings separately, and centre the map on the selected marks. Numbering and the landholder's original records are preserved.

Bait notes use amber diamond pins; sightings use blue eye pins. Saved shared marks remain visible in the web coordinate map without reception.

A clear Landholder Portal tab is available on the homepage and main app header.

Deleted and unlinked items remain on the device, with clear reasons and no repeated uploads. Valid offline sessions and their targets continue to back up.

The updated iOS Reports card displays the recorded vermin target count for the report period.

Updated iOS builds show sending, confirmed and retained items together, with individual error details and safe retries.

Account checks and session lookups avoid downloading unrelated history before each queued upload. Account protection and durable save confirmation are retained.

Property sightings and map boundaries remain separate from Pro sessions. Compatible iOS builds retain each workspace for offline use after download.

The updated iOS Pro map includes a Trail button for breadcrumb visibility, recording status and saved point counts.

Compatible iOS builds can search account history alongside saved device sessions, including sessions still waiting for cloud backup.

Selecting an older session loads its records and GPS trail separately from the current capture session.

Compatible iOS builds upload sessions before records and confirm receipt only after cloud storage succeeds. Existing account and plan checks still apply.

Older items with unknown ownership are distinguished from items belonging to another account. Repeated imports no longer repeat the same notice; unconfirmed originals remain on the device.

The updated TestFlight app opens its installed map and capture controls without reception after initial sign-in and map download. This requires the new iOS binary.

Offline imports check the original account, preserve session totals and use stable IDs to avoid duplicate records. The native archive remains queued until device storage confirms the complete import.

The field console hands its map area to the native offline renderer when both the style and tiles are verified. This requires the updated TestFlight binary; older installed builds retain their existing Open Map action.

The embedded map releases when opening a capture form or More and restores when returning to the field. Reconnection restores the online map.

The dashboard, secondary workspace and dashboard map are not mounted behind the native field console. Returning to the console closes the secondary tool, and maps release their overlays and listeners when they leave the screen.

Session details, reports, account tools and eligible invoice access remain in the existing workspace. The offline tool bundle, account permissions, field storage and sync continue to use the existing paths.

Starting a session or opening animal details no longer opens the surrounding dashboard in the iOS companion. Ordinary browser use retains the existing dashboard layout.

A prominent day control now updates the crew, remote equipment and living-away lines together. Fixed planning, travel, reporting, consumables and contract-allowance lines remain editable, and the two-operator remote minimum stays locked.

The costed estimate, contract allowance, ex-GST quote, GST and client total now follow the current quote lines immediately, including approved manual edits.

Saved history, secondary client details and occasional actions now open only when needed. One Add line action replaces the category button row, and Save plus the correct approval action stay visible.

Small screens now show labelled, touch-friendly line cards without wide-table scrolling, the dashboard stays in a compact two-by-two layout, and the print-only invoice sheet no longer lengthens the editing screen.

A compact guide now moves the user through client and date details, adding charges, then checking totals and finalising the invoice.

The protected commercial price guide, contract presets and quote builder now sit inside one owner-only section that stays closed during everyday invoice work.

Approved rates, scope and conditions, and the email cover note each use focused expandable sections while quote lines, totals and remote-work safeguards remain easy to review.

The owner can load the complete planning, two-operator crew, remote equipment, travel, living-away, consumables and Fox GPS/GIS reporting breakdown into a new quote without re-entering each line.

The preset keeps the detailed internal estimate, fixed-price allowance, GST and recommended tender value reconciled without exposing protected rates outside the owner price guide.

Solo remote choices are removed. Remote landholder, government and high-compliance pricing now starts with a two-person crew, and the standing rule remains visible beside the protected rate guide.

Scope, access, operating window, reporting deliverables, exclusions, stop-work rights, variation controls, cancellation treatment and purchase-order payment terms populate with the preset and flow into the client PDF.

The shared Fox GPS workspace hides Invoice Builder from Basic, Landholder and Pro accounts. Active Business and Corporate teams retain access, and the Fox GPS owner account keeps its permanent override.

Invoice loading, saving, deletion and status changes now repeat the Business-or-Corporate check on the server, so an old link or modified browser cannot bypass the subscription requirement.

Business and Corporate operators can continue preparing their own drafts, while organisation Owners and Supervisors retain finalisation, payment-status and void controls. The internal sales price guide remains restricted to the Fox GPS owner.

Phone-only responsive styles no longer enter the print renderer. Cover alignment, maps, typography, tables and margins now use the same 190 mm printable canvas as the computer version.

Economic details, evidence, GPS records, follow-up items, linked engagements and audit entries are paginated before printing. Continuation pages repeat the category heading and page count instead of relying on the browser to split a category unpredictably.

Narrative, recommendations, record notes, hazards, audit reasons and economic assumptions continue on labelled pages inside their own category. GPS-link engagements are limited to four linked rounds per page, and no accepted report text is discarded.

The Landholder property economic report now uses the same A4 summary and one-calculation detail pages, with the rest of the phone workspace removed from the print document.

A prominent first-task panel now lets operators add or choose a field session above the Google hybrid overview. The selected farm and session state remain visible before GPS capture begins.

The direct Delete Session button is removed from the main session controls. Deletion now starts inside a collapsed Session Options section and cannot be used while a field session is active.

Fox GPS displays the exact session, time, distance, breadcrumb count and linked field records, requires a complete cloud backup and an acknowledgement checkbox, then moves the session to 30-day recovery instead of deleting it in one tap.

A successful session or animal-record upload now applies the cloud acknowledgement instead of retaining an older backup timestamp. This stops repeated uploads and updates Awaiting backup and Last successful backup correctly.

Session checks use a bounded network wait, while larger evidence-photo uploads retain a field-friendly two-minute allowance. If a request stalls, the device copy remains intact and automatic sync can retry.

The live backup service can acknowledge older installed copies without requiring data deletion or reinstallation. The normal update safeguard remains in place until the active session is ended and pending backup reaches zero.

Private landholder, Government and shire, Travel and remote, and Aerial services are grouped inside the Invoice Builder. Approved rates load only for the Fox GPS sales owner, remain editable on the current device and can be reset to the protected defaults.

Each service includes quantity, unit and editable rate controls plus Add to quote and Add to invoice actions. A completed quote can also transfer all of its snapshotted line items, client details and GST choice into the current invoice without changing previously saved invoices.

The quote builder records scope, access, operating window, deliverables and deposit or staged-payment terms, calculates GST when required, creates an A4 Print / Save PDF copy and prepares email text ready to paste into Gmail or Mail.

After the current vermin record is saved on the device, Save & add next immediately opens a fresh-position popup. The previous GPS fix, photos, round selection and animal details are not reused; operators can retry satellite GPS or place the next target on the map.

Only a confirmed active tracker on another device may pause GPS. A weak, captive or unreachable connection now switches this device to local recording, and every accepted browser breadcrumb is queued to device storage immediately while cloud coordination waits for reception.

Selecting a farm displays the selected session trail together with prior sessions for the exact same farm, online or offline. Historical trails use a separate colour and never join across session or GPS-gap boundaries; pins, tallies, rounds, distance and reports remain isolated to the selected session.

Active sessions, saved-session pickers, record actions, map scope, backup messages and report audit rows now display the farm name before the session reference. Fox GPS retains the original unique session ID for syncing, records and audit history, while an incomplete session is clearly labelled Farm not entered.

The long Field Tools strip is replaced by one grouped Records & Reports selector. A visual three-step workflow opens Review Records, Build Report and View / Print, while backup, rounds, mapping, invoicing, analytics, setup and account tools remain available without crowding the page.

The live Pro map, floating console, offline coordinate map and native snapshot now show only the selected session. Pin numbering restarts at 1 and every live tally uses only that session's GPS records and manual counts. Client Report Builder maps, evidence, GPS registers, CSV files and round-link reports retain those same session-local pin numbers, while reports and account history can still compare explicitly selected sessions.

The directional blue arrow is replaced by the same high-contrast blue location dot on Pro, Landholder, Shooter, online, coordinate-only offline and native Mapbox maps. The accuracy ring and GPS Follow behaviour remain unchanged.

Maps, economic summaries, GPS registers, evidence photos, close-out details and report verification now use the full portrait printable area with larger type. Wide registers reflow into labelled record cards instead of shrinking, evidence remains limited to two photos per page, and printing waits for fonts, images, QR codes and map tiles.

The first Fox GPS position in each field session is marker 1, followed by 2, 3 and upward on live, coordinate-only offline and native Mapbox maps. Landholder and Shooter property maps retain their authorised property scope. Timestamp ties use the record ID so iPhone and iPad sync produce the same order.

A protected Restart Session action reopens the same session ID from the header, session details or floating field console while retaining its original start time, GPS distance, breadcrumbs, animal records, rounds and previous close-out in the restart audit history. Delayed native GPS points and stale phone or iPad copies can no longer write the old stop back over the restarted session.

Pro, Landholder and Shooter webpages now detect missing Location access, show one large Enable Location action, explain iPhone Precise Location recovery after a denial and disappear as soon as a real position succeeds.

A new owner-only map-setup card accepts validated KML boundaries and Fox GPS map-pack files before the field-mark and shooter workflows.

Large file controls, exact supported-format guidance, live import status, device/account sync state and an Open Field Map action keep the next step clear.

The new section reuses the established IndexedDB, organisation-scoped property-pack API and map renderer without changing reports, subscriptions or historical records.

The field-console microphone tab now starts and stops automatic round counting in place, with clear off, starting and live states.

The redundant minus tile has been removed. The dedicated top-bar close control and protected Open Field Console launcher remain available.

Start, elapsed time, GPS distance and End Session now share a bounded second row on phones and tablets, keeping every control inside the viewport.

Approve Shooter Account is now the first Landholder workspace card, ahead of mapping and field-entry tools, while retaining the same secure farm-scoped access flow.

Open Field Console now sits between the Fox GPS brand and the subscription plan instead of floating over field content.

The full-screen field console now opens automatically on every Pro app launch. After it is closed, its header launcher expands across all space between the Fox GPS brand and subscription plan.

Every permanent KML boundary can now be assigned a named colour, making neighbouring farm owners easy to distinguish on Pro, Landholder, online and offline maps. The selection syncs with the organisation and remains available on the device.

Cold offline starts now load the cached field shell and device records without waiting for network configuration. GPS Lock / Follow stays active through temporary satellite delays, downloaded Mapbox packs reopen within their stored zoom range, and a fresh fox target remains queued until it is saved on the device.

Each KML Placemark name now appears over its paddock or boundary, with the uploaded filename used only when the KML contains no name. Labels remain available on coordinate-only and native offline maps.

Pro, Landholder and authorised Shooter Layers panels now include a persistent KML / paddock names switch. Shooter overlays are restricted to the shared organisation and farm access.

The shared Landholder workspace column can now shrink below the width of large tables, keeping farm setup, field-entry actions and property cards within the device viewport.

Wide economic detail remains available through its existing internal table scroller without widening the surrounding page.

Owner forms, shooter access steps and the fixed Open Field Map control now respect narrow screens and iPhone safe-area insets.

Map, layer, location and field-entry controls now use larger labels and touch targets across phones, tablets, desktop and short landscape screens.

The Landholder shooter card now keeps the owned-farm selector and email field together, then clearly reviews the destination before access is sent.

Existing Fox GPS users receive immediate property-scoped access; new users receive a secure invitation and one-time 14-day Basic trial without the landholder having to choose the account type.

The redundant draggable collapsed console has been removed. Closing the full-screen console now returns to the fixed Open Field Console button.

State and farm downloads are dispatched only through the verified Fox GPS iOS bridge. Safari and Home Screen web apps now show the current TestFlight guidance instead of opening an invalid custom address.

Offline Ready is still withheld until the native Mapbox style pack and every selected tile region are complete on the device.

Shooter Field Mode now presents property identity, live status metrics, map controls, layers and compact target actions in the same full-screen hierarchy as Landholder.

Collapsing the Shooter map leaves an independent Open Field Map control outside the hidden widget, so it cannot disappear with the console.

Responsive width guards remove the known full-screen, fixed-grid and narrow-header expansion paths across portrait, landscape, tablet and desktop web layouts.

Open Field Console and Open Field Map buttons stay anchored outside the movable widget and use full keyboard and touch targets.

Restoring the Pro console clears its saved offset, while rotation, browser chrome, keyboard and page-resume changes recheck the visible iOS viewport.

Offline Map controls remain clear of the full console, and the new recovery controls are excluded from printed and PDF report output.

The web form now shows Download in Fox GPS App after the boundary, buffer, detail and storage settings, then reports Opening, Connected, Preparing, progress, Ready or Retry without silently starting from a checkbox.

Only an active Pro-family or Landholder account and the current companion protocol can claim the opaque request; private account and boundary data are never placed in the app URL.

Offline Ready remains unavailable until the native Mapbox style pack and tile region both complete and reconcile with device storage.

Editable livestock, crop, state-aware yield, feed and grazing-equivalent guide values are clearly marked as indicative Australian Guide Values rather than guaranteed savings.

Each property can use the guide, combine it with selected farm overrides, or rely only on farm-specific values without future guide updates overwriting those choices.

PDF, CSV, native and verified report data snapshot the guide version, source date, basis, property overrides, calculation methods and final assumptions while public verification keeps confidential unit prices private.

Landholders enter their own livestock, crop, feed, grazing and repair values. Defaults remain zero and Fox GPS does not assign an unsupported national dollar value per animal.

Fox, Wild Dog, Cat, Kangaroo, Goat, Camel, Pig, Donkey and Other use transparent livestock, crop, grazing, infrastructure or custom formulas with editable basis and confidence notes.

Client PDFs, Landholder property summaries, previews, CSV exports and verified report records retain the exact economic assumptions and calculated totals used when each report was generated.

An orange-accent Layers button now sits with the Pro map controls and opens the same high-contrast checkbox pattern used in Landholder Field Mode.

Operators can show or hide property and KML boundaries, paddocks, supported sighting or POI points, vermin markers, breadcrumbs, round links and other existing overlays, with offline-map status shown in the same panel.

Layer changes retain marker selection, open evidence cards, map zoom and GPS Follow state, and device-local visibility preferences remain stable through sync and GPS refreshes.

The satellite or hybrid map, property boundary, existing marks, live GPS position, heading and scale remain visible around a compact field header and bottom action sheet.

Mark Here uses the current GPS location, Drop Pin enables map placement and Form opens manual entry, all flowing into the same compact details sheet with the map retained behind it.

The redesign reuses the current property, KML, marking, offline and synchronisation paths without changing backend data, permissions, user relationships, routes or authentication.

Normal Pro and Landholder account refreshes run every 20 seconds, while record saves, session end, reconnect, foreground return and Manual Sync continue immediately.

Pending records remain queued until confirmed by the server, stable client IDs prevent duplicates, newer edits retain priority and an open vermin marker remains selected during refresh.

Fox, Wild Dog, Cat and Kangaroo remain unchanged, with Goat, Camel, Pig, Donkey and an Other animal type now available across capture and Landholder entry flows.

The selected vermin record and its information window are retained independently from live GPS, weather, offline-state and map-layer rendering updates.

When sync returns an updated copy of the selected vermin event, its species, recorded time, coordinates, historical weather, notes and photo refresh inside the already-open card.

The card closes only from its close control, a different map selection or an intentional map-background tap; ordinary pan and zoom gestures leave it open.

A clear secondary option expands to a touch-friendly Pro-code field on the public sign-in card. The code is held only for the current browser session and is never placed in the sign-in URL.

Fox GPS waits for successful ChatGPT authentication, then sends the code through the existing one-time complimentary entitlement action so its email and eligibility rules attach access to the signed-in account.

Successful recipients enter Fox GPS Pro with a confirmation, while invalid, expired, used or ineligible codes leave the current subscription unchanged. Complimentary expiry is shown in Plans & Account.

Vermin pins now present the recorded species, date and time, GPS coordinates, accuracy and notes in a compact touch-friendly map card.

The marker card reads only the historical weather snapshot stored with that vermin event, including its observation time, temperature, wind and available humidity or rain chance. It never substitutes current conditions.

When the record contains an evidence photo, the marker card shows a clear thumbnail that opens the existing full-size photo viewer. Records without a photo show no empty image placeholder.

Every Stripe event is claimed once, duplicate price bindings are rejected and older subscription events cannot replace a newer entitlement. Paid Landholder and Fox GPS plans still open their matching portal immediately.

Add POI, Add Sighting and Add Target now open the GPS data-entry workflow. Offline marks are stored in an account-scoped IndexedDB queue and replayed idempotently when reception returns.

Server timestamps protect newer field records and session details from an older device, while round events and GPS breadcrumbs continue to merge. A Manual Sync control reports queued and conflicted data instead of silently overwriting it.

The master owner receives a permanent in-app notification for each new account and confirmed Stripe subscription, and Landholder field mode emits only one in-app alert for each offline outage.

Starting a session starts native high-accuracy GPS on the Primary Tracker and keeps that tracker reserved while the screen is locked. A persistent iOS status bar shows LIVE or PAUSED, distance and filtered point count, with direct Pause and Resume control; another device can still take over explicitly.

Accepted native points are written to protected app storage before being handed to the web workspace. The app acknowledges and clears them only after the matching session has been saved, preventing duplicate distance or lost offline points.

The app displays the extra battery-use warning and system background-location indicator. Screen lock is supported; force-quitting ends iOS background execution, and microphone round detection remains foreground-only.

Every available farm/KML polygon and every Australian state or territory now has its own download checkbox with a live selected count.

Select All can prepare every boundary in the current farm/profile list or all eight state and territory overview areas without repeating the setup screen.

Each selected area remains a separate native Mapbox pack with its own progress, Open, Update, Retry, Cancel and Delete controls on that phone or iPad.

Choose a permanent KML or saved farm polygon, add an optional buffer and select Standard, Detailed or Maximum quality. The native app downloads the matching Mapbox style pack and tile region for offline use.

Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT are available as practical zoom 3–8 overview downloads; detailed farm packs remain the paddock-level option.

The Mapbox screen retains clearly labelled GPS Lock / Follow and GPS Vermin Target controls. A target returns directly to the existing animal-details popup and reporting workflow.

Each device shows download progress and storage used, with Open, Update, Retry, Cancel and Delete actions. Records and boundaries sync across devices while satellite imagery remains a deliberate per-device download.

The opened field console now fills the complete viewport with no outer page bezel, inset or rounded edge, giving the live map the largest available working area.

Phone and iPad controls retain safe spacing around the camera cutout, Home indicator and screen edges while the console itself remains full screen.

Collapse returns to the movable floating widget, so operators can quickly switch between the full map workspace and the underlying web forms.

A newly installed phone or iPad copy signed into the same profile now adopts the latest active cloud session instead of remaining on a blank local session. Open devices check each other about every five seconds and immediately after the app resumes.

The permanent sync control uploads pending device changes first, then downloads current sessions, animal records and map layers, refreshes the notification inbox and reports the completed check time.

Notifications are always visible from the sticky app header with a live unread count and latest-alert preview. The full shared inbox, read status and optional installed-app alerts remain available from the same box.

Each device continues saving independently without reception. The top status changes to Offline device copy active and automatic push-then-pull resumes when the phone or iPad reconnects or reopens.

A landholder can mark the current GPS position or tap an exact map point, then use a compact pop-up to record mark type, animal, count, priority, time, notes and evidence photo.

The shooter field console adds live iPhone or iPad GPS follow, numbered landholder targets, direct navigation and a pop-up for comments, completion photos and status updates.

Field-mode updates use the existing secure property target records, so the same information remains available in the full browser workspace for later verification, editing and report writing.

Landholder and Shooter Home Screen installations can open directly into their field map, while browser visits retain the complete web dashboard. Last-synced property and target information is retained on the device for offline viewing.

Signed-in devices push field changes immediately and check for remote changes about every eight seconds. One Primary Tracker owns microphone and distance sensing, while every device can add animal records, manual rounds and evidence photos.

KML uploads are no longer tied to one farm. They are stored as global account layers, rendered from the device copy online or offline, synced across devices and given a per-layer boundary-opacity slider.

Evidence thumbnails open in a full-screen photo viewer with previous/next navigation, GPS metadata and native file sharing after a clear location-data warning.

The rounds counter collapses without stopping a live microphone. Operators can select individual events or Select all, then delete the group while linked animal records receive an audit update and cross-device tombstones prevent deleted rounds returning.

Upload a KML file from Property & Safety Packs. Polygon and LineString placemarks become named property-boundary layers, save to the device for offline use and share with the organisation when online.

Each imported boundary can retain up to 5,000 coordinates, with clear file, layer and total-size checks to prevent damaged or oversized KML data from affecting the field map.

Kangaroo is now available in session start, Capture Position, map pins, species filters, evidence photos, GPS links, CSV and PDF reports, Device Log and operational analytics, including the appropriate Joey age class.

When reception drops, the map switches to a device-rendered field view containing saved property boundaries, no-go zones, access roads, landmarks, breadcrumb trails, animal marks and round positions, with local zoom, scale and Fit all controls.

The field-map GPS control now starts a high-accuracy live position watch. While active, the map follows the operator in real time; dragging the online map or choosing Fit all deliberately releases follow mode.

Fox GPS alerts the operator once when a connection-loss episode begins, keeps saving locally, and resets the alert only after reception has returned.

Google satellite tiles are not copied or redistributed. Satellite imagery resumes online while the app-owned field layers and onboard GPS remain usable offline.

After Stripe Checkout, Fox GPS securely retrieves the Checkout Session, verifies the signed-in email and paid recurring price, records the Stripe customer and subscription IDs, then opens Landholder or the field app without making the customer choose the plan again.

The webhook now processes completed subscription checkout events as well as subscription lifecycle events, closing the gap between a successful payment and account entitlement.

Landholders receive a clear access-active receipt with share and email actions; the authorised user receives an in-app notification and sees the sharing organisation and property on the Shooter Target Board.

Session start now reviews GPS, device storage, battery, permissions, map configuration, backup state and app version; close-out also flags missing evidence, GPS quality, distance and engagement links before an operator override.

Teams can map property boundaries, no-go zones, dwellings, roads, stock and water points, display them on field maps, retain the app-owned coordinates offline and export or restore a property pack without caching Google imagery.

Shared targets now progress through New, Acknowledged, Planned, Investigated and Resolved states with shooter comments, assignment history and optional completion photos returned to the landholder.

Pro users can review kilometres, hours, rounds, outcomes, hotspots, weather and time patterns, while the notification centre records targets, invitations, orders, backup warnings and app updates with optional installed-device alerts.

Critical field actions now retain 44-pixel touch targets, stronger status contrast and explicit confirmation for destructive or override actions across day and red night modes.

The official address now opens with the Capture once, Report with confidence design, product walkthrough, 14-day trial path and Sign in with ChatGPT action shown in the customer video.

The operational dashboard now opens at /app after authentication, and installed Home Screen shortcuts launch that protected field route directly.

The public home page now includes focused Australian pest-control content, canonical metadata, social previews, software structured data and current sitemap and crawler rules.

Recipients can stop Fox GPS promotional email immediately without signing in, paying a fee or providing information beyond their email address.

The private owner console checks each outreach recipient, clearly blocks opted-out addresses and produces a secure 45-day personal unsubscribe link for approved messages.

UNSUBSCRIBE replies can be recorded manually, and the durable suppression list can be downloaded as a dated CSV compliance record.

Every GardePro product image now uses a centred contain layout with a responsive square canvas, keeping the complete camera or solar panel visible without cropping.

Desktop, iPad and phone shop cards now use the same predictable image proportions, including the third product on two-column tablet layouts.

Verified Stripe checkout events now create durable order records containing purchased products, payment totals and the customer delivery details collected at checkout.

The app owner receives an unread-order count and a private Shop Orders tool; customer and delivery details are never shown to regular app users.

Orders can be moved through New, Processing, Packed, Shipped, Completed or Cancelled states, with Australia Post tracking saved against the order.
