FOX GPSFIELD CAPTURE

TERMS OF USE

Field evidence with operator responsibility.

Effective 11 August 2026 · Diesel n Dust Hunting · Western Australia

Using Fox GPS

Fox GPS Field Capture is a field-recording and reporting tool. Users must provide accurate information, protect their sign-in, use only property and client data they are authorised to handle, and comply with applicable landholder directions, permits, animal-welfare requirements, firearms laws, workplace procedures and safety obligations.

GPS, maps and weather

GPS accuracy depends on the device, satellite visibility and local conditions. Map pins placed by an operator are not measured GPS fixes. Map imagery, weather and network services may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Fox GPS must not be used as an emergency-navigation service or as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

Rounds Used Counter

The counter identifies sharp sound peaks and may respond to doors, metal impacts, wind, machinery or vehicle backfires. It is an assistive estimate only. The operator must review and confirm every total. It is not an official ammunition register and does not replace any record required by law, licence, employer or procedure.

Reports and client use

Reports reproduce the information entered or captured by authorised users. The report fingerprint identifies the selected report content at generation time but does not independently prove that every field observation is correct. Operators remain responsible for review, sign-off and appropriate client distribution.

Invoices and tax information

The Invoice Builder is a recordkeeping and document-preparation feature, not accounting, tax or legal advice. The issuing business is responsible for verifying work hours, consumables, rates, ABN details, GST treatment, payment instructions, invoice numbering and any legal or record-retention requirements before sending an invoice. A linked field session supports the calculation but does not by itself prove that a charge was contractually authorised.

Accounts, teams and billing

Each person should use their own sign-in. Organisation owners control invitations, roles and subscription choices. Subscriptions renew according to the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe securely manages payment information; Fox GPS does not store full card details.

Offline use and backups

Offline capture depends on the installed browser app and device storage. Users must monitor the pending-backup indicator, keep the device powered and avoid clearing browser data before backup. A downloaded recovery package provides an additional user-controlled safeguard.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access another organisation's data, interfere with the service, misuse invitation links, evade subscription controls, upload unlawful material or use the app to facilitate unlawful activity. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect users, data or the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Australian law, Diesel n Dust Hunting is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate user input, unavailable third-party services, ignored warnings, unlawful use or failure to maintain a backup. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
